Terms of Service

Welcome to Intelligent Info Ltd (“Intelligent Info”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our artificial intelligence-powered customer service platform, software, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

 

1. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

2. Description of the Service

Intelligent Info Ltd provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate and enhance customer service interactions. The Service includes chatbot tools, integration options, analytics, and customer support features designed for business use.

We may update or modify the Service at any time, provided the core functionality is not materially reduced without prior notice.

 

3. Account Registration and Security

To access and use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
     

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
     

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
     

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription unless otherwise agreed. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are detailed on our website or in your Order Form.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
     

  • Payment: You authorize Intelligent Info to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.
     

  • Late Payments: Overdue amounts may incur interest and/or result in suspension of your account.
     

  • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
     

 

5. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Intelligent Info grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service during your subscription term.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes;
     

  • Modify, copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
     

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
     

  • Use the Service to transmit spam or infringe the rights of others.
     

 

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you submit through the Service (“Customer Data”).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and use Customer Data for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

 

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party’s non-public, proprietary information disclosed under these Terms (“Confidential Information”).

This obligation remains in effect during the term of this agreement and for three (3) years after termination.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, content, and branding, are owned by Intelligent Info Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in or to the Service beyond the limited license described in Section 5.

 

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while your subscription is active.

Either party may terminate:

  • For convenience, with 30 days’ written notice;
     

  • For cause, if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not cure the breach within 15 days of written notice.
     

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and you must delete any confidential or proprietary materials received.

 

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
     

  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable;
     

  • Any defects will be corrected.
     

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Intelligent Info Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
     

  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
     

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
