How does Anzeri pricing work?Anzeri's free trial requires no credit card to sign up. During the 14-day trial, you'll have access to all the products and features available in the Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans, as well Anzeri AI Agent, and Copilot. This allow you to experience the full range of featured included in your chosen plan.

What happens if I don’t have a credit card?You will need a credit card or a debit card to subscribe to our plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?You can cancel the subscription anytime from the profile settings in the console sidebar.

What payment methods are accepted?Anzeri accepts debit card and credit card.

How do I change my plan?You need to cancel the existing plan first before subscribing a different plan.

Can I get a refund?You can't get a refund. If you cancel your subscription, you will eb able to use the service until the current billing period finishes.

How do I create a ticket?Go to the Your-inbox section, choose a conversation, and click create ticket button.

How do I register a user (Team lead and agents)?Go to the register page and register as a team lead. Then log in as a team lead, go to the user section, and create agents for this team lead.

Do I get an email when customer ask questions on the web channel?Before the conversation is assigned to a human agent, the team lead will receive an email for each question and answer. After the conversation is assigned to a human agent, the assignee will receive an email for each question and answer.

Does the customer get an email when there is a comment on a ticket?Yes.

How do I integrate the chatbot into our website?Go to the anzeri software, go to AI and Automation section, and then go to the tab integration. Copy the integration code to your website. Now the chatbot is ready for use on your website.

What is "Copilot"?Copilot is an AI-powered assistant integrated into the Anzeri inbox that helps customer support agents quickly find answers, resolve issues, respond to follow-up questions , and enabling them to build stronger customer relationships.

Are there any additional usage charges?WhatsApp: WhatsApp is charged per ‘conversation’, with unit costs varying by volume. We have different pricing for inbound and outbound WhatsApp. Emails : Emails sent from the Inbox have no additional charge. Inbound emails from your customers and responses to those emails are included in your plan, with no additional charge.
